Who we are

Clarity Founders is a chartered accountant-led consultancy based in Islamabad, Pakistan. You can reach us at contact@clarityfounders.co.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, and your phone number and company if you choose to give them.
• Monthly updates: your email address, if you sign up.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
• To send the monthly updates you signed up for.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of the forms.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to us by email. They are not stored in the website’s database. To limit spam, the website keeps an anonymised counter of recent form submissions for ten minutes.

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the website and our email, and where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry or remove you from the monthly updates at any time.

Client information

Financial records and other information that clients share during an engagement are covered by the confidentiality terms of that engagement, not by this website policy.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@clarityfounders.co and we will respond within one month.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page.
