Clear about who signs what
Tax filings and statutory reports outside Pakistan are made by, or with, professionals licensed in that country. We prepare the books and workings they rely on.
Which accounting frameworks do you work in?
IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, US GAAP and UK FRS 102, plus conversions between local GAAP and group accounting policies.
Which currencies can we pay in?
We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR, AED or PKR by international bank transfer or another agreed channel. Fees are fixed per month or per project.
Can you file our tax returns in the UK, US or UAE?
We prepare the accounts, tax computations and supporting schedules; filing is done by, or with, your locally licensed tax agent, and we coordinate directly with them.
Do you work with our external auditors?
Yes. We prepare year-end accounts and the schedules your auditors request, and answer their accounting questions.
How long does it take to set up a company in Pakistan?
It depends on the structure and approvals needed. After a short call we give you a written timeline, document checklist and fixed fee.
